About this album: In October 2007 All About Hem and Hem first mentioned this album project. The album is a collection of 43 songs each having a name of one the 43 chapter titles in Mark Twain's book The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. (Get the book for free at Project Gutenberg.) The album name is a play on the book's first line ("You don't know about me without you have read a book by the name of 'The Adventures of Tom Sawyer'; but that ain't no matter."). Each song will be a collaboration between members of the band, or between Hem and another artist. Hem has already collaborated with a number of arists with about 10 songs in progress. This project is also mentioned in the Twelfth Night playbill. As more details emerge, they'll be on this page. Everything here about the album is, of course, subject to change.
